Shipping & Return


TLK provides free shipment for products to all customers worldwide with $50 minimum purchase. Due to the popularity of our products, the shipping process takes between 7-15 days. Once we get your order and commence shipping, you are not allowed to cancel the order. Just sit tight and wait, it will be worth it in the end. If there are any problems during shipping, we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.

Our products will be delivered using a trackable and secure method. Whatever product you order, you can rest assured that you will receive it on time. With TLK you will not only save on shipping costs, you are also guaranteed to receive the shipment in its best condition.

For shipping, we required up to 4 weeks for delivery orders before they are listed as missing. After 8 weeks, you can request for a refund or a resend.


If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for identification must be requested by contacting us through call or email. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning of goods to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

General Return Conditions

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  •  Non-hype products.
  •  The product must be unused and unworn.
  •  The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  •  Apparel must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
  •  Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging. Accessories must remain vacuum - sealed if it comes in a sealed packaging.
  •  Footwear must be in the original shoe box with original tags attached. Sticker on the shoe box should not be removed or altered in any form.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect the goods. Once approved and the good passes the inspection phase, we'll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

We reserve the rights not to accept a return if they do not satisfy the conditions stated in the return policy. 

We suggest customers to use a shipping company with a tracking number when returning the item/s. That way, the process will go smoothly. 


If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, you may opt for a full refund or replacement. We would recommend you to send us a clear photos damaged item or the shipping mistake and a proof of your order. 

You can only cancel an order after 24 Hours of placing that particular order.
